Funf is a to-do app for people who don’t like lists or guilt. Do what actually matters.
Nothing else is important.

I have tried every to-do app there is. None of them survived real life. They either drowned me in features, or turned into a place where I collected guilt.
I needed something that forces me to choose. Something that makes me do the important things, not just whatever lands in my lap. And a place to empty my head before bed, so I sleep better.
So I built Funf. Every day has five slots. That is not a setting, it is the whole point.
Five is focus. A good handful. All good things come in … funf.
A short list, not an endless one. Five slots a day, five days ahead and five behind. If the day is full, something has to give. That small friction is the whole trick.
Your five sync straight into Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook as all-day blocks. Above the meetings, not below. They matter more than the meeting bonanza, after all.
Meetings fill the hours. Funf sets the direction.

The mark in the menu bar fills stroke by stroke as you check things off. The slash arrives when the day is whole.
Capture a thought. Press ⌃⌥N from anywhere, type the thought, hit Enter. The task lands on the first free day, or press Tab to move it.
Mac loves keyboard shortcuts. Select, complete, move, undo. ⌘? shows them all.
A Mac-assed Mac app! We love good Mac apps. So we support everything a good Mac app should. Go Mac!
The widget shows today’s five, and you check them off right there. Open the app and the whole week is one calm scroll, with a day index along the edge.
Hold and drag. Lift a task and drop it on another day.
Morning and evening. Two reminders. Never a task name in the notification, never nagging.
The year in green. History shows what you actually got done. No streaks.

Every day becomes a square, greener the more you did. No badges, no points, no guilt over the day you skipped. Just a year you can look back on.

Today’s five sit in the menu bar, on the home screen, at the top of your calendar and in your browser. Check one off in one place and it is done everywhere. Funf really does come with you.
It takes a minute to get started.
Write down the first thing today.
